Grand Rapids Running Tours and The American Heart Association partner to bring you an exciting exercise/fundraising event to kick off the holiday season.  The number of organizations or causes that were founded or inspired by a woman or a group of women in GR history, recent and long, is staggering.  GR is progressive in many ways, and the story of Lady Legends, on foot, celebrates this!  Suggested donation is $10 per participant and 100% of all proceeds go to the American Heart Association.

Are you feeling festive, fun and frisky?  Come dressed in your finest holiday sweater, tutu or tights as we celebrate the season together.  Experience downtown Grand Rapids bejeweled and illuminated with both contemporary and nostalgic lighting displays.  The group will glide by at least one dozen uniquely special places, some of which will evoke warm feelings from holiday’s past.  And as a gesture of community kindness, we will give vouchers for meals and services at Dégagé Ministries for those we pass who may be in need.
